Looking to retire and Costa Rica is on your list?
Ivo is owner of GoDutch Realty and has been selling real estate in Costa Rica for over 20 years. Back in the eighties, Ivo started fixing real estate related problems for friends and ended up in real estate after having learned the legal side of real estate by finding solutions for many problems created by crooked and unprofessional real estate agents and other professionals. In 2000 Ivo went to the Central Pacific and did marketing and sales for several gated communities around Jaco Beach, which back then was just starting to grow and had fun there, but came back because the Central Valley was calling.
Once a city boy, always a city boy, Ivo started growing GoDutch Realty which now offers service in locations like Atenas, Grecia, Naranjo, Sarchi, Alajuela, Cariari, Belen, Escazu, Sabana, Rohrmoser, Santa Ana and Ciudad Colon. Ivo Henfling is also co-founder and President of AE Real estate Group (www.aecostarica.com) and owner of Property Guard Costa Rica and Retirement Tours Costa Rica (www.retirementtourscr.com).
Ivo lives with his wife Dany and their 4 dogs in Escazu.
